Just received this from Eric – He got word today that fellow member Jim McGrath passed away unexpectedly yesterday morning.  He had recovered from his previous heart attack exactly a month ago in his mother’s house outside Buffalo and was.medically authorized to drive back to his apartment in PA, which he was going to do yesterday.  Apparently, he collapsed while getting a bowl of cereal before departing for PA in the AM. His mother found him on her kitchen floor.  EMTs could not revive him.  That’s all we know at present.
